2. Questionnaires

I’ll send you fitness and lifestyle questionnaires so I can look into your individual needs. These are simply returned by email so that I can build a clear picture of your current health, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle for your first appointment.

3. Radical Results

My personal training is designed specifically for you. As you progress, I will constantly calibrate your exercise and lifestyle programme enabling you to achieve optimum success.

Daniel Stone

Originally an Essex boy I now live in Chorleywood with my wife and daughter.

Outside of the gym I like to enjoy the countryside by going on long walks with my family and friends especially if there’s a pub enroute.

I love to relax and take in the scenery, whilst fishing. And in my spare time I write and illustrate books.

I enjoyed running whilst at school, but going to art college and then into my younger adult life the most exercise I usually did was on the dance floor.

This all changed when I met my future wife and decided to up my game by training for my first London Marathon.

A few years later I did my second London Marathon and have also enjoyed the Tough Mudder, Nuclear Race events and have completed the Ride100 (mile) Cycle event three times.

I first built a gym at home when I changed career leaving behind the London rat race for a local job in Kings Langley. I missed my gym membership so created a set up at home that matched my favourite workouts.

During lockdown I was made redundant so decided to study for the level 2 and Level 3 Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer accreditation with a view to be able to share my set up and knowledge with you.

You will follow an entirely bespoke exercise and nutrition programme.

Exercise selection combines strength, toning and muscle building for a leaner you while finely tuned cardio vascular exercise targets body fat and aerobic health, getting your heart rate pumping. Here the emphasis is on boosting your daily metabolic rate and improving total daily calorie burn.

Nutritional food planning is carefully considered taking your lifestyle and dietary preferences into account. Healthy nutritional foods provide fuel for your body and fully complement your exercise programme.

My Personal Training programmes are suitable for clients of all ages, shapes and sizes. You can choose from a range of packages to suit the hours you can commit. I will advise you on the most suitable package based on your goals and timescales during your initial consultation.

Absolutely! For clients seeking complete privacy, you will have exclusive access to my boutique fitness studio in Chorleywood where you will be supported by me as your personal trainer on a personalised exercise programme that is 100% focused on delivering results to achieve your goals.

I've had trouble sticking to a fitness plan in the past, how can you help me?

I’ll tell you all the things you want to hear and a few things you need to hear - I’ll be your coach, cheer leader, number one supporter and friend. This way you will know what you need to do and when to do it. I will also give you all the encouragement you need to stay on track to get your ideal result.
